Pastor Lou Costantini, Pastor/Lead Elder

I'm so grateful that Jesus saved me in my early teen years and He has been faithful to keep His promise through the years even when I've experienced periods of faithlessness (2Timothy2:13). Next to my salvation, my dear wife, Linda, of 45 years has been truly a blessing from the Lord. She has been my closest friend and co-laborer for the 31 years we have been in ministry together.  God has blessed us with 5 now adult children and 8 grandchildren.

Through the years I have been privileged to serve our country in the Air Force, teach in both public and Christian school education, learn a trade as a carpenter, and pastor in two churches prior to our present ministry at SRM which we planted past fifteen years ago.

I love family gatherings, bird watching with Linda, and enjoy watching grandkids in sporting events.

Aside from preaching, teaching, and pastoral care, I am very motivated in faith based recovery ministry and support.

All in all, I am very grateful to be a part of God's great salvation and His kingdom work in this region.

I spent my early years up to 18 just outside the City of Brotherly Love. Ours was a typical Italian family with 5 children, including my identical twin which made things fun, especially in high school.  Sports were a big part of my life as well as my faith. Although I considered myself devout, I never really understood the whole truth about Jesus until I met my husband Lou who shared with me the gospel story. Together we have loved and served Jesus since the birth of our first child.  Our 5 children and their families along with our 8 grandchildren are an integral part of our lives.

We just celebrated our 48th anniversary and are still enjoying the wonder of our life journey together. I have convinced Lou that bird watching is fun! And that Hallmark movies keep you smiling with their happy endings! I love spending time outdoors gardening, hiking, or finding beautiful scenery. Reading is one of my favorite restful things and I will usually have a book with me wherever I go.

The medical field fascinates me and I was able to acquire my Pharmacy Tech license, which I hope to use one day in retirement on missions trips, Mercy Ships, or Emergency Response teams.

I am grateful for all God has done, is doing, and will continue to do as I serve Him at Sierra Reach.

Nick Elster, Staff Elder

I have been married to my High School sweetheart for almost 43 years. We have 3 Children and 6 wonderful Grandchildren. I became a Christian on December 8th 1975,  a faithful brother I used to work with witnessed to me.  At the time the Lord had been dealing with me for a number of years. I asked the Lord into my heart that night at work and my life has been different ever since, thanks to the Lord and that faithful brother.

We came to Sierra Reach in the summer of 2003. A home group I had been leading was looking for another place to fellowship after we had lost the Pastor of our Church. One of our members attended a service at Sierra Reach, told us about it,  and we have been here ever since.

I am a staff Elder at Sierra Reach. I function as a state certified ORI for confidential administrative issues within the Church, I help to oversee the worship team, I lead a home group and I also help with men's ministry development and oversight.

My favorite Bible verse is Philemon verse 6. (KJV) That the communication of your faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

Valerie & Dave Horner, Worship & Creative Arts Director

Valerie has been married to her husband David Horner for 8 years. They have three beautiful children and have served at SRM for the past 8 years. Valerie has led worship for the past 4 years at SRM. Her vision and passion as the worship leader is for the church to move beyond only the "Sunday Morning Worship" and to enter into daily, moment by moment, encounters with the Lord through worshiping in spirit and truth. Recently Valerie has also become a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. Her own life testimony of suffering has given her a passion for helping those who are broken and to ministering to people in pain. Valerie enjoys spending time with her family whether it includes coaching girls basketball, helping in her kids classrooms, or hunting with her husband. Valerie's life verse has been and continues to be Psalm 34:17-20.

TJ & Lindsey Gibson,     Youth Ministry

Being a part of Sierra Reach Ministries has been an honor that could have only come through Gods grace! My beautiful wife Lindsey and I have been married for 11 years and have two amazing sons, Jed and Trever. Lindsey has a collection of talent in the art industry besides being an amazing mother to our children and is a huge part of the man I am today. God comes first in my life but my family is definitely a close second. God is a faithful God and true to His promises!

I grew up in Auburn California under a strong Christ centered family. I was Homeschooled into my junior year and then finished my education at Colfax High. From there I served in the Marine Corp from 2002 to 2006 shortly after 9/11. My earlier years of marriage I worked odd jobs until 2009 at which point I felt a calling to attend William Jessup University in which I received a BA in Bible theology. While these may be qualifiers that allude to why I am where I am today, they are merely the tools that God used to mold me into what he desired for my life. I have had my struggles along the way trying to understand the injustice of our world. My heart has been broken through them but ultimately restored knowing that Jesus sees all of it and is faithful to complete all the promises He has made to us and will one day make the world right again.

Being a Youth pastor is new for me but has been one of the many desired ministries I have considered along the way. I have a desire to not only share God's love with our youth but be able to reveal the truth of His Spirit bearing witness with our spirit; a focus of knowing how to live every moment of our day being directed by Him. This can only come through a close intimate relationship through knowing Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, being grounded in His word and having a strong prayer life. When we are walking in the grace God bestows on us then we are able to pour out on others. It is not just a goal of mine to reach our youth but to equip them to reach the world!

My favorite scripture is Psalms 37:3-4: Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.
